in case you missed the news 1,157 people who were involved in the tibet protests last march were released from prison and i am hopeful that we will hear information about the trials of the 116 people in custody recently announced by tibetan authorities...these reported prisoner releases come after the human rights group amnesty international published a report this week urging the chinese government to provide information about the more than 1,000 people detained during the protests last march who remain unaccounted for...the organization also called for free access to tibet by independent observers...
